Want to support the 2021 PBLA Virtual Gala
in a unique way? Become a House Captain!

The PBLA Annual Fundraising Event is scheduled for Saturday, July 24, 2021

Virtual Registration Now Open!

The Porter-Billups Leadership Academy @Regis University’s (PBLA) 2021 “virtual” gala is scheduled for July 24th from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.  The evening will begin with a “pre-show” from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, and then have a pre-recorded broadcast from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

The program is all set; but we’re missing one piece—YOU!  If you want to support PBLA during this critical time, consider becoming a House Captain!

What Are House Captains?

At an “in-person” event, you would have tables and table hosts where individuals or couples would purchase and host a table of 10 friends, family, and other colleagues.  For a virtual gala, you would have “House Captains.”  With the support of the Gala Planning Team, House Captains would plan, invite, and host 10-15 friends, family members, co-workers, and other colleagues at their homes to view the PBLA virtual gala together.  House Captains will be asked to make a “plea” of their guests to make a personal donation during the event by purchasing an auction item or making a donation at one of the donor levels during the “paddle call” portion of the program.

Templates & Support

Once you are signed up to become a House Captain, the PBLA Gala Team will be with you every step of the way.  From invites to tech support—we got you!  We will provide an invite template with suggested language to use and assign you a tech support volunteer to ensure you are able to successfully share the event using your “smart” television in your home.
